Standard DIN 32781 specifies the minimum requirements for protective suits, used when handling and spraying pesticides. These are disposable protective devices, useful for protecting the wearer from any risks during the distribution activity.
The current performance requirements for pesticide protective clothing include rules for the strength and sealing of the material. The degree of penetration is determined by a special test method in accordance with DIN EN 14786. The use of concentrated, undiluted pesticides requires the use of additional protective equipment, such as aprons, special protective gloves and face protection.
